We’re looking for a Spanish-speaking B2B Sales & Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic, international team in Barcelona. This role is all about bringing new venues on board from all across Spain. We’re already promoting 1,600 venues in the country, but we believe that we’ve only scratched the surface. 📈
This is not a pure sales role – it’s more than that. You’ll handle the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing the deal, but your responsibility doesn’t end there. You’ll also take care of the whole onboarding and set the new partner up for success on our platform. This is a versatile and hands-on role with plenty of ownership and the chance to make a real impact.
This is a mid-level opening, meaning that we’re looking for someone with 2-3 years of prior experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management – ideally working with B2B clients. We’re an ambitious company and are hoping to find like-minded people to join our team.

🎯 End-to-end sales: Identify new venue prospects (you’ll be looking for hotels, bars, restaurants, party rooms, fincas…) in a designated region in Spain, reach out via email and phone, negotiate deals, and get them signed up – it’s all on you and there’s no one to delegate any tasks to.
🏡 Onboarding & content creation: Set up new partners' accounts on the platform, create high-quality listings (yes, the role includes content creation), and showcase their venues in the best light.
📈 Product demos: Walk new partners through our platform, showing them how to use all the cool features to maximize their bookings and grow their business.
📊 Pipeline management: Track all stages of your sales funnel and keep deals warm from start to finish. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for our partners without dropping any balls.
📞 Hitting Targets: Consistently work towards monthly and quarterly goals for sales calls, closed deals, and fast, high-quality onboarding.
📊 Use data: Use data to identify opportunities in key cities, leverage insights to persuade venues to join Venuu, and offer tailored solutions to boost their success.
🤝 Collaboration: Work side-by-side with your supervisor and the rest of the Spanish team (and colleagues from other country teams) to crush shared and individual goals.
2–3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success – ideally in a B2B SaaS, digital marketplace, or eCommerce setting.
Necessary languages – Fluent Spanish (written & spoken) and comfortable using English which is our internal language. 🇬🇧🇪🇸
Familiarity with the Spanish market and its major cities (e.g. Madrid, Sevilla, Bilbao) – we’re expanding our presence across Spain and outside Barcelona, and local insights really help.
Systematic and organized – you manage your pipeline, notes, and follow-ups with discipline. This is a full-cycle sales role where consistency matters.
Independent and proactive – you’re comfortable navigating calls, objections, and decisions without needing someone to check everything for you.
Consultative approach – you’re curious about how venues operate, what they need, and how we can genuinely bring value to their business.
Data-driven mindset – you use insights and numbers to prioritize, target, and improve your outreach and pitches. 💡
Strong communication skills – you’re confident on the phone and great at writing sharp emails and compelling venue listings.
Growth-oriented – you ask questions, welcome feedback, and are eager to stretch your comfort zone. 🚀
Team player – you work hard, support others, and know how to have a laugh while building something great together
Start Date: Ideally in early June so that you get properly onboarded before first colleagues leave for their summer holidays
Contract: Permanent contract with full-time working hours (40h/week) and a 6-month trial period.
Compensation: Fixed salary which, for the first year is typically between 26,000€–32,000€ gross, depending on your experience in similar roles. We’ll ask for your salary expectation in the application form. We value dedication and results, so we give annual raises based on merit. Location: Barcelona. We’re office-first because building a tight-knit, world-class team is key, especially in a startup. But hybrid options are available after your training period.
