Each month, we help over 400,000 people discover and book the perfect venues and services for their parties, meetings, and events. Originally from Finland, we now operate in five countries – and have only gotten started! 🌍

We’re looking for a proactive, Finnish-speaking B2B Sales Specialist to join our Helsinki team for a fixed-term contract starting in April to cover for a team member going on parental leave.

This isn’t just a "fill-in-the-blanks" role – we need a high-performer who can hit the ground running, take strong ownership of their sales pipeline and keep our growth engine humming while our deal colleague is away.

The Mission

You’ll be managing the full sales cycle from A to Z. This role is a mix of Partner Acquisition (finding and signing new venues and service providers) and Upselling (helping our existing partners get more exposure through premium visibility).

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • End-to-end sales: Prospecting new leads, reaching out via email and phone, negotiating contract terms, and closing deals. 🎯

  • Partner Acquisition: Convincing event industry businesses to join us as partners, and ensuring that we have Finland’s best selection of venues and services for clients to choose from.

  • Strategic Upselling: Consulting with existing partners to help them reach a wider audience through our premium features. 📈

  • Pipeline Mastery: Managing your own funnel with discipline – ensuring no lead is left behind, and every conversation is nurtured.

  • Collaboration: Working closely with your Finnish and international colleagues to crush shared goals.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience: You have 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within software startups or digital marketplaces.

  • Courage and confidence: You have no fear of picking up the phone. You’re a natural negotiator who knows how to build a case and close the deal. 📞

  • Ownership: You don't wait for someone else to tell you what to do. You’re proactive and take pride in managing your work independently.

  • Systematic Approach: You’re exceptionally organised. This isn't slow-moving enterprise sales – you’ll be managing a high-volume pipeline with 100+ simultaneous conversations. Keeping that engine well-oiled, nurturing every lead, and never missing a promised follow-up is key. ⚙️

  • Solutions-Oriented Listener: We only win if our partners win. This requires you to be genuinely curious, listen deeply to what a venue actually needs, and then provide the specific solutions that bring them real value.

  • Culturally Aligned: You’re a team player who actually gives a damn. You believe in transparency, personal growth, and delivering real business impact. You’re looking to contribute to a culture that is upfront, open, and supportive. 🤝

  • Strong Communicator: You’re a master of argumentation, whether it’s a punchy email or a deep-dive phone call.

  • Languages: Fluent Finnish is a must (99% of your clients are Finnish), but you’re also comfortable in English, as it’s our internal language for meetings and parts of your training. 🇫🇮🇬🇧

What’s on the Table

  • Start Date: Flexible in April (the earlier, the better for a smooth handover!).

  • Contract: Fixed-term contract (parental leave cover) of approximately 7 months, with full working hours.

  • Compensation: A guaranteed salary of 2,500€/month + uncapped commissions. With great results, only the sky is the limit!

  • Location: Primary place of work is our Helsinki city centre office (right by the central train station!). 🏢 After being onboarded, hybrid options are possible.

  • Onboarding & Support: You’ll be onboarded by Janne (Head of Sales) and supported by Karoliina (Country Manager).
