We’re in a growth phase looking to expand rapidly across Europe. We started testing the German market in February this year starting from Berlin and Hamburg. The pilot has brought amazing results and we’re now forming our first Germany team to take ownership over scaling Venuu across German major cities and establishing a strong foothold in the country. The German team will be based in our Barcelona office that hosts our international operations.
To keep the team balanced, we are currently looking for people with all kinds of backgrounds and experience levels – both junior and more experienced professionals.
This specific opening is for an entrepreneurial, business-minded Mid-Level GTM & Market Launch Specialist (background in Sales) to act as the anchor for our new German operations. Working side-by-side with a junior colleague and with guidance from our CEO, you will have the autonomy to execute our proven playbook and see your impact daily.
Over the last few years, we’ve successfully launched Venuu in Sweden, Denmark, and Spain. We have a highly optimized, crystal-clear market launch blueprint and a validated strategy ready for you to drive forward. As our GTM Specialist, you'll be leading by example – wearing multiple operational and commercial hats to scale our footprint from Day 1:
High-Speed B2B Sales Outreach: Run a fast-paced outbound sales cycle in our established urban hubs (like Berlin and Hamburg). You'll build targeted campaigns, pitch Venuu’s value proposition, and close revenue-generating partnerships under our standard commercial terms. 🎯
Opening New Cities: You’ll also join in launching Venuu in new regions, researching local demand, prospecting the top venues, and then carrying out outbound sales outreach alongside your colleague to sign up the city's very first partners and unlock the new market. 🗺️
Consultative Discovery & Solution Selling: We build long-term commercial partnerships, not one-off deals. You’ll listen deeply to a venue's business realities and map out how Venuu can maximize their occupancy and ROI, ensuring we attract high-value, committed partners to the platform. 🤝
Onboarding & Listing Creation: Set up accounts for the new venues that have joined us. You’ll craft high-quality, polished listings that showcase their spaces in the best light and onboard our new partners smoothly so they are positioned for success. 🏡
Partner Management & Market Health: Once the market grows and we establish a larger footprint of revenue-generating partnerships, you will take ownership of the active German network. This means acting as a trusted advisor for crucial key accounts, handling overall market health, and maximizing their booking value. 📊
Collaboration: Act as a strategic anchor beside your junior team member within our dedicated International Launch Organization. You will collaborate closely with our CEO, teammates from mature international markets, and future launch teams to share insights and constantly iterate on our GTM playbook. 🤝
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Go-To-Market (GTM) execution, Account Management, or B2B Sales. Outbound sales experience within startup environments or software/SaaS companies is highly applicable.
The "Builder" Mentality: This role is for energetic executioners, not overthinkers. You thrive in fast-moving environments and prefer taking proactive action over striving for corporate perfection.
Fearless Outreach & Negotiation: You are a natural negotiator who understands that the phone and targeted outreach are your strongest tools for driving commercial momentum. 📞
High-Volume Pipeline Discipline: You will track 300+ simultaneous B2B conversations. Keeping your notes, follow-ups, and pipeline disciplined is critical – you ensure no lead is left behind. ⚙️
Language skills: Fluent German to negotiate flawlessly with business entities, and strong English to command company-wide meetings, training, and strategic alignments.
Commercial Maturity: Finding the right cultural fit and entrepreneurial spirit is more important to us than checking off a rigid checklist of years. You work hard, take complete ownership, and know how to have a laugh.
Start Date: Flexibly after the summer holiday period in August/September.
Contract: Permanent, full-time (40h/week) with a 6-month probation period.
Direct impact: In this role the fruits of your labour are immediately visible, and measuring success is as easy as it gets. This role couldn’t be further from being “just another number” in a corporation.
Growth opportunities: Depending on the market’s growth, new opportunities will arise. Our Spanish country team has gone from 1 to 7 employees in the past few years. With scale comes new challenges and new opportunities. In this role, growth never stops.
Compensation: This role will have – at least for the first year – a fixed annual gross salary in the range of 30,000€–35,000€; exact anchoring being determined by your previous experience in similar roles. Strategic validation: Each market launch is of utmost strategic importance to our company. Once the German market stands on a solid foothold, we will look into the next international launch for 2027. What you learn and build here will form the blueprint you pass down to the next batch(es) of market launchers.
Location: Our vibrant, centrally-located (Eixample) Barcelona office. We are office-first because we believe face-to-face interaction is essential when building a new market from scratch, though partial hybrid options are available after being fully onboarded. 🏢
