Hey there! 👋

We’re Venuu – the online marketplace shaking up how people celebrate life’s special moments. Each month, over 400,000 people use our platform to discover and book the perfect venues for parties, weddings, meetings, and events. Born in Finland, now active in five countries, and we’re only getting started. 🌍

Our business is growing, and we’re looking for new additions to the team. We’re now on the hunt for a Spanish-speaking Partner Success Specialist to join our international team in Barcelona. Our Barcelona office is home to our international operations – a team of 12 professionals from 6 different nationalities.

The job of a Partner Success Specialist is to take care of our venue-providing partners in Spain. There are other people doing sales and bringing in new accounts; your responsibility starts from the moment the partners are onboarded. You’ll be the one making sure the partners are active, engaged, successful, and growing with us. That means support, consulting and educating, performance coaching, upselling, data-checking, and generally being the go-to person who makes partners love and trust Venuu.

If you’re excited about the idea of working in a startup where things move fast, goals are set high, your voice (and work) matters and you’re surrounded by dynamic, committed and motivated colleagues, this is your place.

Sound good? If so, keep reading.

Psst! This role requires fluent Spanish (the language used with our venue partners) and good English (the language used with colleagues).

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

📞 Partner support & communication – Be the main point of contact for our Spanish venue partners. Answer emails, solve problems, and make sure they get real results.

📊 Account reviews – Schedule check-ins, jump on video calls, go through numbers, and help partners improve their performance on Venuu.

📈 Upselling & growth – Spot opportunities to pitch extra features or get more of their venues on Venuu. Win-win: they grow, we grow.

🔄 Keep things fresh – Make sure partner info is accurate, listings look great, and inquiries are reaching the right people. Re-onboard new contacts when staff changes.

🧠 Data-driven coaching – Use insights to identify problems early, recommend actions, and push partners toward better results.

💡 Driving commitment – Ensure partners play their part in the collaboration: from using Venuu’s tools as intended to also (yes) paying their invoices on time. A true partnership works both ways.

🕵️ Market & product insights – Understand how partners in Spain use Venuu, what actually drives value for them, and where they struggle. Share these insights with the Spanish team and the company’s COO to shape improvements and influence the bigger picture.

🤝 Teamwork – Work closely with your other Partner Success colleague, the Spanish sales team, and the rest of the Venuu crew to strengthen our position in Spain.

🙌 Who We’re Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles, ideally in a B2B setting. If it’s from a SaaS or Marketplace Startup, even better!

  • Fluent Spanish (written & spoken) + good English (our internal language). Catalan is a plus but not required.

  • Commercially minded – you’re comfortable upselling premium products and spotting growth opportunities

  • Consultative communicator – clear, confident, and empathetic across email, phone, and video calls. You’re skilled at “selling” advice and best practices and can influence and inspire action.

  • Organized & proactive – you don’t let accounts, tasks, or scheduled meetings slip through the cracks.

  • Problem-solver – you listen, think, and offer practical solutions that create win-wins.

  • Data-friendly – numbers don’t scare you; you use them to build compelling arguments and back your advice.

  • Tech-savvy & structured – quick to navigate CRMs and internal tools. You document touchpoints diligently and use systems efficiently to stay on top of a busy workload.

  • Ambitious & growth-minded – you want to learn, take feedback, spar with colleagues, be challenged (and challenge back), and level up fast.

  • Team player – collaborative, driven, and fun to work with (we take our goals seriously, but not ourselves 😉).

📌 What’s on the Table

  • Start Date: Flexible, but between the end of November and early January

  • Contract: Permanent contract with full-time hours.

  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 8 hours a day flexibly between 08:30 and 18:30.

  • Compensation: This is a mid-level role meaning that the salary tends to be between 27,000€ and 32,000€ (gross, fixed) per year, with annual reviews. We’ll ask for your expectation in the application form.

  • Location: Our cool office in the Barcelona city center. We’re office-first (we’re trying to build a successful growth company and believe a tight-knit team is key), but hybrid options are available after training.

  • Team & Culture: Join 25+ ambitious, international colleagues between our two offices in Helsinki and Barcelona. We take our work seriously but keep things informal and relaxed.

  • Learning & Growth: Structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, continuous feedback loops, intellectual challenges and a learning budget to sharpen your skills.

  • Startup culture: Fast decisions, low hierarchy, tons of ownership. Your impact will be immediately visible.

  • Fun & Community: Office lunches, afterworks, team buildings, and ping-pong tournaments included. 🏓
